PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM

Candiadtes must first apply to the province where he/she  intend to settle and go through the nomination process. 

So each province has own requirments and procedures to nominate its provincial candidates. They consider applications based on their needs, labour market shortage and intentions.

Once a provincial candidate is nominated by the province  he/she will make another application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada for permanent residence.
